Melissa Pejon joined Tuscaloosa Angels in August 2026 as a Communications & Marketing Assistant. She is currently studying Marketing at The University of Alabama and has loved calling Tuscaloosa home throughout her college years.

Melissa brings a creative and thoughtful approach to her role and enjoys finding meaningful ways to connect people and engage with the community. She is especially passionate about the importance of people and the “village” it takes to care for and support one another, which is one of the things she values most about being part of Tuscaloosa Angels.

Outside of work and school, Melissa enjoys spending time with friends, browsing her local thrift stores, and taking on new art projects. She is grateful to be part of the Tuscaloosa community and looks forward to continuing to build relationships and get to know the people who make the city feel like home.
