Haley joined Tuscaloosa Angels as a Case Manager, bringing with her a deep commitment to empowering individuals and families through compassionate, survivor-centered care. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Children, Adolescents & Family, both earned from UA as well.

Haley's hands-on experience spans trauma-informed advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and criminal justice navigation. Her background working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault has sharpened her ability to meet people where they are and walk alongside them through some of life's most difficult moments.

At the heart of everything Haley does is her love for people. A proud oldest daughter, she brings the kind of natural care and responsibility to her work that those who know her recognize immediately. Outside of the office, you can find her cozied up with a feel-good show or a good book on a rainy day, enjoying a night out dancing with the people she loves, or counting down the days to fall — her absolute favorite season. This October, she'll be celebrating a new chapter as she gets married to her soon-to-be husband, Andre.

Haley believes every person she serves deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported — and that belief drives everything she does.
